Prior to joining Smith + Schwartzstein in 2015, Hector obtained his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Connecticut and Juris Doctorate at the University of North Carolina. During his time in law school, he gained an abundance of experience in civil and criminal law through his work with various internships, volunteer legal programs, and small firms.  While working at Smith + Schwartzstein LLC, Hector has worked on complex commercial litigation cases, and many high dollar value personal injury cases.
