Caden Diel focuses his practice on personal injury, civil rights and discrimination cases, commercial litigation, and employment law.

Prior to joining Smith + Schwartzstein LLC, Caden served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Jones, J.S.C. in the Criminal Division of Middlesex County Superior Court of New Jersey. During his clerkship, he gained valuable litigation experience and acted as a certified mediator in landlord-tenant, special civil, and small claims suits.

Caden obtained his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he also graduated with a Health Law Concentration. Prior to law school Caden obtained his bachelor's degree in molecular biology and genetics from The University of the South. He enjoys reading, writing and watching Kansas State Football.
